Your Bridal Appointment

At Fairytale Occasions all brides and clients are seen on an appointment only basis to ensure that every customer receives a one-to-one service and benefits from the exclusive use of the beautiful boutique, which is more important than ever right now. In order for us to keep our customers as safe as we can due to Covid-19 we will be adopting the following process for our appointments, and to allow enough time for cleaning the boutique between appointments.

If this is your first appointment in a bridal boutique, I know how very exciting and daunting it can be all at the same time, but we aim to make the whole experience of finding and purchasing your dream dress relaxed and stress free in our new normal.

Our dresses range from £1200-£2500 for wedding dresses, £300-£600 for Prom and Bespoke POA. With our great selection of dresses to choose from you are bound to find your perfect gown!

Bridal Appointments Process - Cost £25 Refundable against a dress purchase.

Your in-store appointment will last for 1 hour and 45 mins in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. You can bring two ‘Star Guests’ to this appointment, and other members of your bridal party can also be involved via zoom should you wish. We will discuss any dresses you have seen on our website or on social media, and with our expert advice we hope that we can create some wonderful memories together by providing you with an amazing shopping experience within our beautiful bridal boutique. We are all about letting your individuality shine through, to help you find that perfect gown, and make your dreams and wishes come true.

Please be aware that you will receive a confirmation email to make an online payment when you book. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please get in touch with us on or via email to confirm. All appointment fees are refundable against a dress purchase. However the £25 will be retained for all appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours of appointment time.

The boring bit – but important!
Due to Covid-19 anyone entering the boutique will need to wear a face covering and use the sanitiser provided for your own protection. You can enter wearing your own covering or you can purchase a disposable covering or a 4 layered washable covering, which will already have been washed and kept in a sealed bag ready for purchase. The two metre rule will need to be adhered to by all parties as much as possible and stickers on the floor will indicate where best to stand for your safety. We will also be wearing face coverings, and additionally visors at times for everyone’s safety. We will endeavour to remain to the side or behind you and respectfully request you understand us doing this, but we will need to be close to assist you in doing a dress up or undertake pinning for any alterations.
