Yes we charge £25 for our new 2 Step Appointment Process. There is only one charge whether you choose both steps of the Appointment System or just Step 2 the In-Store Appointment.
Step 1: Virtual Bridal Appointment - This appointment is advisable, but if this is not for you then you can opt to just do the in-store appointment.
We offer a relaxed virtual appointment via zoom from the comfort of your own home for 45 minutes. During this appointment we will discuss your wedding plans, theme for the day, show you dress styles & shapes, fabrics, and the alteration process and costs involved. We will narrow down your preferred dresses that you would like to try on in your in-store appointment and provide you with a personalised mood board consisting of these after the appointment for your reference. If you would like to invite other members of your bridal party to your virtual appointment, please do not hesitate to provide them with the meeting id or we can email an invite to them. If you would prefer just a detailed telephone conversation initially instead then please do not hesitate to ask.
Step 2: In-Store Appointment
After your virtual appointment it is time to play dress up so you will be booked in for an in-store appointment lasting for 1 hour and 15 mins in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. You can bring one ‘Star Guest’ to this appointment, and other members of your bridal party can also be involved via zoom should you wish. We will discuss the dresses selected in your virtual appointment, and they will be ready on a rail in the changing room for you to try on. With our expert advice we hope that we can create some wonderful memories together. By providing you with an amazing shopping experience within our beautiful bridal boutique, and letting your individuality shine through, we can help you find that perfect gown, and make your dreams and wishes come true. Please note if you don't opt for the virtual appointment then this appointment will last 1 hour and 45 mins.
The reason we charge is that it helps brides to find the boutiques best suited to their style, encourages brides to keep appointments and reduces no shows, allows us to provide you with a more personal buying experience, covers us for a tiny percentage of the time we spend with a bride, and reduces trying on dresses with no intention of buying.
We have always provided the best possible one-to-one service to our brides and will continue to do so.

If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please get in touch with us on 01793 671439 to confirm. All appointment fees are refundable against a dress purchase. However will be retained for all appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours of appointment time.
