All brides are seen in the boutique on an appointment only basis to ensure that every bride receives a one-to-one service and benefits from the exclusive use of the boutique, which is more important than ever right now. We know how exciting and dauting searching for your wedding dress can be, and we aim to make the whole experience relaxed and stress free in our new normal.
We have set up a new Two Step Bridal Appointment Process, so you can feel safe in the knowledge we can help you find your dream gown with our expertise from the comfort of your own home to when you feel ready to enter the boutique and play dress up!
Step 1 – Virtual Appointment or Detailed Telephone Conversation. After which you will receive a personalised mood board consisting of your favourite dresses for your reference. This appointment is advisable, but if this is not for you then you can opt to just do the in-store appointment.
Step 2 – In-Store Appointment – Time to try those gowns. You can bring one 'Star Guest' to this appointment, and other members of your bridal party can also be involved via zoom should you wish. With our great selection of dresses to choose from you are bound to find your perfect gown!
