- Payment:
- After initial free consultation, a quotation for the garment/s will be sent to you via email or post.
- If you wish to continue with your order, please return the signed copy of the quotation agreement, with a 50% desposit which is non refundable.
- Payments can be made in installments during the manufacturing process if required. The final payment would need to be paid on collection of the garment/s either by: Cash, Bankers Draft or Building Society Cheque.
- Returns:
- All sales are final.
- Free minor alterations can be made within 21 days of receiving the final garment/s.
- Customer Confidentiality:
- All your personnal information is kept on file for our reference only, and not passed on to third parties.
